Brett was enjoyable to work with . He was not pushy or obnoxious about getting the sale. Due to my being handicapped and on oxygen we made request to have financial and paperwork ready to go when we arriv obnoxious about getting the sale. We were explicit do not run our credit until loan application. We have excellent ( 845+) credit rating. The online application site apparently not working, Sales manager ignored our request . Had we realized he ignored my request we would not have finalized the sale. May seem small , but the only two request we had were ignored. In next couple months when husband will be purchasing his new truck. Shame we were ignored. Would do business with Brett and definitely recommend him, but not confident with sales manager More
