Purchase of 2016 Kia Sedona Pre-certified My husband and I came to the dealership on a Saturday evening and Earl Nymeyer helped us. We test drove two 2016 Kia Sedona's. We really liked the M My husband and I came to the dealership on a Saturday evening and Earl Nymeyer helped us. We test drove two 2016 Kia Sedona's. We really liked the Minivan but needed time to think about it. Mr. Nymeyer was never pushy and said if we were interesed to give him a call on Monday. We decided that the Sedona was going to be right for us and I called Mr. Nymeyer to ask if we could meet with him between 5-6pm. that Monday. He said no problem he would be there. He was wonderful because I knew he was only suppose to work until 5p.m. We were able to work out a fair deal and after we did all the paperwork he took the time to show us all the different features of our Minivan. Not once did we feel he was rushing us because it was way past his time to be off from work. He took his time and went over everything with us. He was very knowledgeable and personable. We couldn't have asked for a nicer salesman. More

Good car. Terrible customer service. Purchased a 2010 Prius a while back. Salesman was very nice when I first arrived. He ran numbers for me and made an offer for a price on the Prius. He Purchased a 2010 Prius a while back. Salesman was very nice when I first arrived. He ran numbers for me and made an offer for a price on the Prius. He said if I would like I could take the numbers home and think about it and let him know if I wanted to purchase. After I said that I would like to take it home and think on it his entire tune changed. He was very rude and pushy and said I better hurry because the car won't be on the lot long with a deal like that. Upon inspection of the car, I noticed that the tires were almost bald. I asked if they would replace the tires before I drove off the lot with the car and they refused. So I had to spend $400 on tires for a car that I just bought. They were also not honest about the accident history of the vehicle. After a bit of research I discovered that the car had been in 2 accidents, when I was told it hadn't been in any. Had I not been in a time crunch for a car, I could have gone elsewhere for a car and researched it a bit more. I just didn't have time. Lesson learned. More
