Randy, the service manager went above and beyond. He dug through my trunk, which was stuffed full of my work materials, to get into the spare tire area to find my lug nut lock. 2 other people told me that i through my trunk, which was stuffed full of my work materials, to get into the spare tire area to find my lug nut lock. 2 other people told me that it wasn’t in there! I really appreciated him finding it for me! He also brought it to me, so I could put it in my glove box, for emergencies! When the service on my vehicle was complete, he escorted me to the cashier, then out to my car. It was honestly the best vehicle service I have ever had! More
