First time here for an oil change. The service manager, Randall Kawanna, in the front service desk vaping and burping while I'm talking to one of his employees. Everyone talking really loud making it hard for me to listen to what the ding dong who was helping me (Carlos Maldonado) was saying. He offers to do the 40k mile brake service and he says it's $59. When they're done he says it's $159, that I must have misheard him. No apologies. Garbage. Don't go here. More
