Grateful for trustworthy people! I've been coming here for service for almost 10 years now. Randy always goes out of his way to accommodate me! This visit - in the midst of this pan I've been coming here for service for almost 10 years now. Randy always goes out of his way to accommodate me! This visit - in the midst of this pandemic was even better than others! I came in for annual service but was also having a rattling issue which I"ve been trying to address for months. I mentioned it again and Randy assured me he would handle it personally himself and he did!! I had 3 clamps replaced and in the process he found a bigger issue with a tire rod that he was able to fix and thank God it was covered by my warranty!! I live in Chicago and drive back and forth to Indiana to check on my elderly parents. Very scary to think about what could have happened in all that driving back and forth had this problem not been found....So grateful for his knowledge but also his kindness and professionalism. I always know that I can count on him to take good care of us! Nissan is lucky to have him!! Thank you again Randy!! More
