But, just past warranty and problem was extremely odd. Randy Kawanna, Head is service told me not to worry and bring it in ASAP and they would evaluate and take care of problem. They resolved all and at no cost with car wash also. Wife and I are loyal to them and recommend dealership and especially service department to all. Many that I have recommended have gone to Southlake and have not been disappointed. Thanks much. More

I wasn't on the appointment board for my 3pm appmt. I spoke to the manager in the adjoining office. He made sure I was taken care of immediately. Angelo took care of my oil change promptly. I was surprised!! My car is a 2017 Altima with only 46,450 miles. Why didn't the battery last longer? It should have had a warrantee for 3 or more years!! I didn't question it but paid for a new battery. More
