Expensive I called for an oil change & was happy they could fit me in & they treated me very well. SCAMMED-AVOID at all costs I will be taking action until this gets resolved. I am a middle aged woman who feels very upset by this "scam". I am still waiting to hear back from Jim Youngblood after Kyle Wade did respond that he is no longer involved. Not happy Issue 1:Drove 2.5 hours to realize that the car did not have leather as advertised. Jim Youngblood-manager and Kyle Wade agreed to take 980 off the price but they did not!. Even when asked for a 2nd time, I was assured it was removed as agreed, nope! Issue 2:Without our (4 of us) understanding or our permission they added in Xylon at a price of 1299. which we do not want and cannot cancel without them contacting the company for a refund. Issue 3: Gap insurance 900 was applied, which we also do not want but thankfully can remove ourselves. Issue 4: We had an agreed total price (including taxes, fees, title, etc.) before we left our state which was somehow changed to 3,000. more without our understanding or agreement. Asked before we left, as I said this doesn't seem to be correct, and was reassured it was correct, until we got home and went over everything and tried to make sense of it all. It is not correct. Issue 5:They never mailed the 2nd key and the owner's manual as promised, after almost 3 weeks are still avoiding our calls! More
