Made an appointment and they were waiting for me. In the end the time of service was less than estimated and the price quoted was spot-on = no up charges. The service area was clean and spotless and the wait area was comfortable. Would not think twice about returning for additional requirements. Randy runs a tight ship! Once checked received call with their result & recommendation to replace. Service was quick & service tech called me as soon as work was completed. First time I received car wash too. Southlake's help with stranded traveler. I'm from Milwaukee and was on my way to Indianapolis when my transmission went on my car. I had my car towed to Southlake Nissan. When they told me they would call me at a certain time to update my situation, they always called promptly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. More
