Service dept Very friendly, professional, polite. Did not try to push extra service. I requested a new battery & was told it would be checked as routine. Serv Very friendly, professional, polite. Once checked received call with their result & recommendation to replace. Service was quick & service tech called me as soon as work was completed. First time I received car wash too. Southlake's help with stranded traveler. I'm from Milwaukee and was on my way to Indianapolis when my transmission went on my car. I had my car towed to Southlake Nissan. Over priced oil change I’m sorry but I can’t justify 71.00 oil change. It is not a sports car. I have all ready specify I don’t need the synthetic oil. Plus - I am aware that my gas cap is messed up - I don’t appreciate being told it is because of a secondary one - they never asked me if my check engine came on pryer to the secondary gas cap from auto zone - well I’m here to tell you the original gas cap I had which is the true nissan one - took a dump - I got a different from auto zone to hold me over but it is still doing the same thing as the original - so it has nothing to do what brAnd gas cap it is. I will be taking my car from now on to a different place to get an oil change and I absolutely will never by or recommend a Nissan vehicle More
