Multi point inspection Service was not performed. On November 24, 2023. we brought our Rogue in for service. (Oil change, new battery, tire rotation.). On November 25, the TPMS alarm light was on. I On November 24, 2023. we brought our Rogue in for service. (Oil change, new battery, tire rotation.). On November 25, the TPMS alarm light was on. I checked the tire pressure on all tires and none of them were at the proper inflation, even though the service report indicated that the tire pressure was good. One tire was at 21PSI. I sent an email to Brian Jensen in the service department and received no reply. Very disappointed. I have to have all scheduled maintenance performed at this dealership to maintain the Lifetime Warranty and it seems like I'm paying for work that isn't being done properly. The service department at this dealership will prevent me from buying any other vehicle from Southlake Nissan. More
