Southside Kia is way out of the way from both where I work and live. However, I will make that longer driving distance to receive the customer service any day. Took my car in for a warranty issue and I was very impressed by the people at Southside Kia service center. I enjoyed the text message updates that also included my invoice, I haven’t gotten that at a impressed by the people at Southside Kia service center.
