I've been doing business with Southtowne for 7+ years. They have always taken care of me. Preston Smith is a great guy and has always provided me with exceptional service. He has been honest and forthright about my service needs. On occasion he has gone beyond to meet my needs. With all the problems with the auto industry, it's so nice to be able to count on Southtowne and Preston.
