Our experience with Southwest Kia was excellent from the moment we arrived. We were greated very quickly by a friendly and knowledgable salesman, Fernando. He was able to get us in the car we were intereste moment we arrived. We were greated very quickly by a friendly and knowledgable salesman, Fernando. He was able to get us in the car we were interested in for a test drive right away. We were pleased that there were a number of cars to compare so that we could make the best choice. Fernando had another customer appointment during our visit, so he was able to connect us with Frankie. This transition was seemless and did not seem to delay our process at all. The entire staff that we encountered during the purchase of our new Optima was extremely friendly. They even played with our 11 month old daughter! We have never had a better experience buying a vehicle and plan to send our friends and family to Southwest Kia for their next car purchase! More

The only reason i stayed and made a final purchase at this dealership was because of my salesperson Danny. Danny was extremely personable and worked with us for over 6hrs.
