$10,000 mistake I decided on a Kia Forte 2015 in May, I starting to dislike this car two days of driving it. I attempted to return it after 2days and the salesperson I decided on a Kia Forte 2015 in May, I starting to dislike this car two days of driving it. I attempted to return it after 2days and the salesperson told wasn't 5days return policy. I thought that it was one according to the Internet sale person.Continue to dislike the Kia Forte very much , I attempted to trade it in for an another Kia for a few months later, the dealership told me that it will take $4000 to get out of the Kia Forte to purchase an another Kia. After 6 months, I again tried to get rid of it for 2015 Toyota Camry. The Camry has $6000 rebate. This was not enough to cover the depreciation of the Kia Forte. I needed another $4000 plus $6000 to just even on the value of the KIA FORTE. Please never buy a Kia from Southwestern Kia of Dallas. I won't never buy a Kia again. More

During my test drive on September 24th it became apparent very quickly that I was in great hands. Courland knew my new Kia Optima Hybrid inside and out; and was very easy to talk to and ask questions of. It was a great experience finding out new things about the vehicle and receiving acknowledgement from Courtland regarding some the items I had researched on line regarding the Optima and Kia Motors in general. Excellent overall service I have bought 2 cars from Southwest Kia over the past 2 years. Both times, they have treated me great. I dealt with Everett, Carl, and Philip. Yes I have bought 2 cars from Southwest Kia over the past 2 years. Both times, they have treated me great. I dealt with Everett, Carl, and Philip. Yes the staff will try to get you to buy as a close to the MSRP along with all the extra stuff as they can, after all that is their job. But they were not pushy about it, they explained things well and when I needed a quick comparison, they went back and covered the details I needed to do a quick comparison, They were patient. I wanted a Kia Optima, but left with a Forte. A few weeks later, I get invited by Cecil to do a car care service meeting with the service staff. Even though I had taken my previous car for it's regular maintenance to their dealership, Chris gave me his spill about what they try to do and what their goal is, and that is customer service after the car is purchased. They do have some great maintenance service reps. More

Since we live a bit of a drive from the dealership, they had me come in, sign papers and work the financing . Then they drove the car, along with the paperwork, to our house for my wife to sign. Can you say "over and above"? It was truly an outstanding experience. More
