My mother & I arrived @ Southwest Kia around 2:45 PM on Monday, September 19, 2011. Mr. Bowie was already standing outside & I walked up to him, told him that I wanted a "NEW CAR, RED, KIA SOUL". My mom already has a Grey/Silver Kia Soul & I new what it felt like to drive one. So that was my choice. Mr. Bowie urshed my mother & me inside told me that he didn't have a RED SOUL, but that he wouldn't let me leave without being satisfied with the color Kia I wanted. Mr. Bowie proceeded to explain things to us, the financing process, collecting information, & filling out paperwork. From that point on, he was on top of it.......I hear he's call "Stan The Man"........& I have to agree. An excellent salesman & he truly worked very, very hard to make sure we were happy. I would have given Mr. Bowie a "10" for his excellent service. My mom & I didn't leave Southwest Kia until after 8PM & that's because after numerous finance companys had turned us down, Mr. Bowie worked even harder because he was trying to reach this one company & we had been there all day, we were tired so we left. He promised he would call us after reaching said finance company that evening or early in the morning. We were only maybe 3 blocks away when Mr. Bowie contacted me & said "COME BACK".....I said "R U SURE" & he said yes.......Got back there & he had found a company that would finance us........WHAT A BLESSING......I WILL refer friends/co-workers/family members to Southwest Kia & advise them to speak with Mr. Stan Bowie........Thank U again Sir........Have a Blessed Day...............Anna M. Very nice staff. Even sales men that were not working with us came by and intruduced themselves to us. Even tho while looking at the Sorento I got stung by a bee and a bird pooped in my hair - I have a g with us came by and intruduced themselves to us. I was not aware that cars didn't come with a spare and jack. I don't feel comfortable as a single woman out on the road, but I quess this is the future for all cars. Our experience with Southwest Kia was excellent from the moment we arrived. We were greated very quickly by a friendly and knowledgable salesman, Fernando. Fernando had another customer appointment during our visit, so he was able to connect us with Frankie. This transition was seemless and did not seem to delay our process at all. The entire staff that we encountered during the purchase of our new Optima was extremely friendly. They even played with our 11 month old daughter! We have never had a better experience buying a vehicle and plan to send our friends and family to Southwest Kia for their next car purchase! More

The only reason i stayed and made a final purchase at this dealership was because of my salesperson Danny. Danny was extremely personable and worked with us for over 6hrs.
