Frankie was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't push us into something we didn't want. Frankie answered our questions and respected our time to discuss between ourselves. Terry was great. the first thing he did was tell us he was going to try and lower the interest rate more and he did. We were happy with the original rate and Terry got us an even lower rate. We are even more excited about that. Everyone that we worked with was down to earth not "pushy car salesmen" This is our 2nd Kia. Our first Kia we bought at a different dealer. We will always come back to Southwest Kia. It is an hour away but the service is worth the drive. More

Went to Southwest Kia on my lunch break, after test driving a Sorento a few days earlier at a different dealership. Frankie was my salesman and he answered my questions, didn't try to push options I wa driving a Sorento a few days earlier at a different dealership. Frankie was my salesman and he answered my questions, didn't try to push options I wasn't interested in, and gave me a fair price for my trade in. We closed the deal and I drove my Sorento out of there in about 2 hours. Was a good experience, Frankie's follow-up has been good - and I'm happy with my purchase. More

The customer service was really great. Frankie was a great salesman. We financed the car with our own financing. The new car was detailed and filled with gas and looked very nice. Our salesman did this while I was signing the papers in financing. The only problem I had was that my father did not get his promised 200 dollars for sending me to the Kia dealership and me buying a car. But, even with that, I really like my new car and am pleased with the dealership. More

Our salesperson, James, young guy, was outstanding and very helpful in our car purchase. I would recommend him to anyone as he was enthusiastic about the sale and not once did I have to get information f very helpful in our car purchase. I would recommend him to anyone as he was enthusiastic about the sale and not once did I have to get information from him because he was providing all of the info up front, which is a refreshing change.
