We were disappointed that in buying our 22 Kia Soul we find it has neither option for cd player OR playing Sirius Xm radio. Without the cd player which we understand is no longer available we were certain find it has neither option for cd player OR playing Sirius Xm radio. Without the cd player which we understand is no longer available we were certainly counting on our programs On Sirius XM (Sat) radio. We were not told we would not have it and also because we refused to sign up for any "extras" we had a very unpleasant meeting with the finance officer Ash and his last name is hard to read on the contract but looks like Crowdhurry?VERY unpleasant and we got NO PERKS no free oils change for specific times, no coupons-nothing Extra. TERRIBLE experience. We like Karky the salesman but that was the ONLY positive in that deal. A week earlier we purchased a 2018 Chev Colorado and VIC was great and so was Karky. We are paying for our perks on this one since it was a 2018. More

My experience at Kia this visit was great!! The guy who helped me was very courteous and attentive to my concerns. On the service, I guess that the service techs are doing an excellent job because I never helped me was very courteous and attentive to my concerns. I did notice a small amount of oil that leaked in my garage from my car. I’m not sure when it started but I didn’t have e any leaks or anything before bringing my car in for spark plugs and an oil change. I’m hoping that maybe some oil wasted and was leaking off from being wasted. I’m gonna keep a look out for more oil More
