I felt heard, valued, and never overlooked. They took the time to answer every question I had, never made me feel rushed, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. Despite it being a busy Saturday, I was driving off the lot in my new car in about three hours, which was incredibly impressive. What has made me an even more loyal customer is that the outstanding service didn’t stop after the sale. Every time I bring my vehicle in for service, I’m greeted with the same kindness and professionalism. The staff always seem genuinely happy to see me, and I continue to feel appreciated as a customer. I pass several Kia dealerships and drive 30 miles just to have my vehicle serviced here, and I’ll continue to do so because of how valued they make me feel.
