service center/customer service I brought my Kia in to the Service Dept. take care of some recalls and they were very helpful. Right as I got out of my car Heather was there to gr I brought my Kia in to the Service Dept. take care of some recalls and they were very helpful. Right as I got out of my car Heather was there to greet me and willing to help. They fixed my recalls and Heather and Steve also fixed another part of my Kia that Toyota of Grapevine said they would not fix for me. Heather and Steve very very helpful and listened to my problem with my car. Also while I was waiting Carter kept coming in to make sure everything was fine, also Christina who drives the courtesy car was very helpful and friendly. Experience at Soutwest Kia Southwest Mesquite I bought a Kia Soul from Kia Southwest ln Mesquite. I worked wiith Jerry Tonnubbee. Jerry assisted me in choosing the Soul. On the test run Jerry exp I bought a Kia Soul from Kia Southwest ln Mesquite. I worked wiith Jerry Tonnubbee. Jerry assisted me in choosing the Soul. On the test run Jerry explaned the history of the Kia also pointing out mileage in city and highway and other points of the Kia. Jerry worked with me to get the price to a $$ amount I felt comfortable with. I picked the car up the next day after signing the papers. Jerry activated the blue tooth and went over the details about the car with me. He followed up with me the next day to see how things were going with the Soul. All in all this was a great experience from start to finish. Including the sales and finace departments and all the other staff who were friendy and helpful. I came back to Southwest Kia because of the great experience I had 4 years ago when I bought a used Spectra from Southwest Kia. Well done to all. Jessie Todd More

Poor customer service. Looked at a car online get there they said it was sold very disappointed. So they offer me another one with more miles. 4 days later my sensors Tire l Looked at a car online get there they said it was sold very disappointed. So they offer me another one with more miles. 4 days later my sensors Tire light came on. Call back to speak with Mike Stanton he said I needed to speak with my Sale rep they keep passing me around . Still waiting to see if they're going to fix it or not. More
