Hi! I am Stefan Forgac. I am buyers from The Florida. I did buy car and they still didn’t send paperwork to my DMV and I cannot make my registration for my car . Marcus was great to work with and the reason we bought a car from you. However, we were very disappointed with the SW Kia dealership. First of all, you required that we purchase two products we weren't in car from you. However, we were very disappointed with the SW Kia dealership. First of all, you required that we purchase two products we weren't interested in that cost us an additional $1100 that interestingly was not mentioned on the website or included in the price on the website. It felt like bait and switch. Then as we were testing out the car we discovered that there was not a spare tire. We asked for one to be included and you charged us for it! If it wasn't for Marcus we would have not bought a car from you and we will never buy one from you again. We love Kias but will need to find somewhere else to get out next one. More
Ashely was great, but overall I am reminded again how terrible Kia service center is and why I do not want to buy another Kia.
