Service department kept my vehicle for 3.5 days and didn’t even look at it. Had appointment booked out from two weeks out. Was the first one to bring my car in for the day. Refused to return calls, didn’t even look at it. Had appointment booked out from two weeks out. Was the first one to bring my car in for the day. Refused to return calls, voicemails, Facebook and eventually their phone system just stopped answering calls at all. Never will return. More
