Well, it got even worse. I was notified over the phone last week by Kylie that the parts for the recall were in. She wanted to schedule an appointment for Monday ( 09/20). I was to have my car there between 7:30 and 8:00 am. She asked if intended to wait….I asked how long it would take and after being put on hold several times was told half the day. I then told her That I would need a ride home. She told me that Steve Bentley would give me a ride back home. I asked if he would be there at 7:30 and was put on hold again while she checked. When she returned, I was told that he would be there at 7:00 am. I arrived shortly after 7:30 and was greeted as I got out of my car. I didn’t get the name of the service representative. I told him that I had an appointment and we discussed the work to be done. When I told him that I needed a ride back home he acted surprised and told me that he would go check. When he returned, he advised that the porter didn’t show up for work and that Steve wasn’t there that day. As I work from home, I told him that I wouldn’t be able to leave my car so I left. No one has followed up with me to reschedule.
