Everything went well and the people were great. There was one problem and that was a miscommunication about the process for a recall repair. I was told I would need to leave the car and then later was t was one problem and that was a miscommunication about the process for a recall repair. I was told I would need to leave the car and then later was told I didn't need to leave it and I was not told, until I was at the service department that I would have to bring the car back a second time to get the part installed. Instead of arranging it so I would only have to make one trip I had to make two trips. More
