They put the effort in to get me the car I wanted, and I’m grateful to them for doing so. They buying experience was the best I’ve ever had due the honest, friendly and no pressure atmosphere there. Worst service department ever, I love my Kia but this dealerships service department is a shambles. We bought a service package when buying the car and we’re very happy to have everything done through th dealerships service department is a shambles. We bought a service package when buying the car and we’re very happy to have everything done through the official dealership as that’s what we thought would be best for the car, every time we went to have an oil change we would wait a minimum of 1.5 hours to 2 hours, and then when asking how much longer it would take they give you back chat and rudeness. Also asked to lie on email feedback for a free tank of gas which because we filled a box incorrect for them but right for the service experience we weren’t allowed our free gas. We had a “patch” on a tire done only for weeks later to go to a real tire shop when the tire started going down again and for them to tell us we had a very bad plug put in our tire which they fixed for half the price. The last oil change there they didn’t change our sticker or reset the service miles which makes me wander what they also didn’t do as they are the only things you can see. Overall I rate them overpriced, rude, gimmicky, waste of time and they left a seriously bad taste in my mouth, I won’t go back to that dealership for anything. More

I should've known walking into this place for a 5pm appointment and was kept waiting around for an hour. Fast-forward 60 mins, I walked in pre approved via kia finance with set down payment and a month appointment and was kept waiting around for an hour. Fast-forward 60 mins, I walked in pre approved via kia finance with set down payment and a monthly payment in mind. I also factored in all the fluff on top of the down (tax title doc fee etc). The finance dept was unable to pull my pre approval. I redid the app on my phone (security conscious individual here), my pre approval still didn't show up. I submitted myself to filling out the app on their tablet and it finally showed up in their system. The payments presented to me were off by $200/mo. I asked for the cause of the high monthly payment, I was told that the website is never accurate... hmm, this is Kia. com's finance website. I guess kia as a company either has corrupt software or this dealership can't honor what Kia.com advertises and disguises their markup as "accurate calculations". No further details were provided so I walked my sorry behind out. O well, on to a different manufacturer that advertises more accurately 🤞 More
