He never used any pressure tactics and we felt comfortable through the whole process of buying a new Kia Sorento. This is actually the second KIA that I have purchased in less than one year. My first purchase was a KIA Forte, and the second purchase was a KIA Sorento. I went to test drive the 2012 Sorento and Sportage at the Rockwall dealership. I was meet by David and he took his time to show me everything I needed to know about the two vehicles. I came back later that day with my family and David showed us the Sportage again and had my wife test drive the car. David and Mitch work with us on the price of the car and our trade in. I would recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new Kia. I would like to also mention that I did look at the Better Business Bureau for dealerships ratings. This dealership has a good record. Please do your homework before going to any dealership on the side of the road. More
