The service has always been great. Took in my 2002 4 runner for maintenance and they found a problem while at it, I was told it had to be replaced and I should not drive It home. Had to leave car overnight and they would attend to it once the part ordered was in. Their shuttle service took me home and picked me up the following day when my car was ready. The staff is great, Mr. Harold took care of me and my car, I also thank Mr.Don for getting me home and the other shuttle person who picked me up to get my car. Went in to look at the new Tundra and they wanted to pull my credit before they would even let me drive it. I buy a lot of vehicles and it was almost comical on how they treat you. I understand the market ri my credit before they would even let me drive it. I buy a lot of vehicles and it was almost comical on how they treat you. I understand the market right now on vehicles with limited inventory but $5k in addendums and an additional $5k over market is extremely excessive. I would recommend going to any other Toyota dealership in the Houston area over Tejas. You can order Tundras, Fords, and Rams at other dealerships and not pay over MSRP if you can wait. More
