Took 2015 Highlander hybrid in for 60,000 mile service and all went well until the Service Tech told me that they did not have an engine air filter in stock (and would need to order one to complete the se and all went well until the Service Tech told me that they did not have an engine air filter in stock (and would need to order one to complete the service). This was after I made an appointment with another Tech the day before. Now I am being asked to make another 50 mile drive to Tejas Toyota to complete the service. Bummer! More
