Cassandra was very attentive to us during our time there to purchase a new Honda Accord. My wife and I were looking for a 2025 Honda Pilot and a 2025 Honda Passport. Jake was super responsive to my inquiry and letting me know that they had the vehicles we were looking for in transport. We looked at the vehicles the same day and put down our deposits. Jake was attentive, professional, and personable with listening to what we were looking for. The entire experience was painless and hassle-free unlike most other Honda dealerships. Jake and the rest of the staff took the time to listen and weren’t pushing anything we didn’t want or weren’t looking for. There is a reason they exceed in customer service and customer satisfaction. Space Coast Honda definitely earned our business and made us repeat customers. My wife and I already set up any future maintenance and purchases of Honda accessories for our vehicles with Space Coast Honda, even if it means going out of our way and passing other Honda dealerships. That speaks volumes of their customer service and of our experience.
