And the financial signing process with Jacob Jeffers was quick seamless digital and enjoyable. Very Disappointing Experience — 2016 Honda Odyssey EX-L I purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey EX-L on Wednesday, 9/16, and unfortunately, my experience with this dealership has been extremely disappoint EX-L I purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey EX-L on Wednesday, 9/16, and unfortunately, my experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing from both the sales and service sides. My service advisor, Christopher, was consistently difficult to reach. I made multiple calls and repeatedly requested callbacks with questions and concerns, but he was either too busy to return my calls or unable to answer. Considering I live in the Apollo Beach area, several hours away, communication was especially important. I was also required to pay for the service work in advance, rather than receiving an invoice I could review and pay online. I found that process very unprofessional and inconvenient. More concerning, I specifically requested that the transmission be flushed AND that the transmission filter be replaced. I was billed for the service, but you did not replace the transmission filter. That is a significant problem when you specifically request and pay for a particular service. The work also had additional issues. Transmission fluid residue had been spilled throughout the engine compartment, which I had to clean up myself. After the timing belt service, I also discovered the coolant level was low, so I had to top it off myself. I asked the Service Manager to contact me about these concerns. Unfortunately, I never received that call either. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, the quality control of the work, and the customer service I received. When a customer travels several hours and pays for specific services, I expect those services actually to be completed and the vehicle to be returned properly checked and cleaned. I am posting this review so other customers can make an informed decision and understand my experience before having potentially expensive service work performed here. At this point, I am not impressed with the sales experience, the service department, or management's follow-up. More

As a first time car buyer everyone at the dealership that helped us through the process was very accommodating! From the moment we walked in and even now a week after purchasing the vehicle. Ryan was awesome helped us through the process was very accommodating! From the moment we walked in and even now a week after purchasing the vehicle. Ryan was awesome. We had come in back in March 2026 to look at vehicles and he was very nice, and knowledgeable. Fast forward 6 months later we randomly walked in ready to buy and on the fly he was able to help us out, even remembered who we were upon arrival after 6 months. He was such a gem to work with on this vehicle buying process and continues to check in to make sure all is well! Cassie in finance was also sweet to deal with. She made sure we understood the process completely and was very transparent about all the options available to us. More
