This is the 3rd time I brought my car in for services. Each time I experienced great service. Will recommend this dealership anytime to anyone. More

He was a calm individual who gave me everything I needed to know without being the in-my-face kind of sales person that everyone hates to deal with. He also responded to voicemail messages in a timely manner and did not leave us hanging. He even ordered a car manual without me asking for it. The car I purchased was a red 2012 VW Jetta. I am very pleased with the purchase. It seems to have been kept in top notch shape by Falcone, except parts of the interior were not as clean as I would have hoped. Overall, my experience with Falcone was almost perfect and I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend/buy my next car from here. Another example of the quality service we received...the first day we arrived at the dealership, we were in the wrong building. We asked an employee where we could find Bert, and he walked us all the way to the other building and right up to Bert's desk. This is the kind of service that is lacking at a lot of businesses, not just car dealerships, and it was a pleasant surprise to see this employee going the extra mile to make sure a potential customer knew what to do. More

An encounter with a deer had just totaled our 2010 Subaru Outback, much to our consternation! Bert and everyone we encountered at Falcone could not have been more helpful and accommodating!! Bert arranged for the preparation of the vehicle to be expedited and stayed after hours to go through the initial "Subaru driving school" to orient us to the fabulous new features.
