Spirit Ford - Service Center

The Service Department performed beyond expectations I had an appointment the next day for an intermittent issue the vehicle had been having. Then as I was driving the car started making a horrible grind I had an appointment the next day for an intermittent issue the vehicle had been having. Then as I was driving the car started making a horrible grinding and streaking wheel noise. I called and they told me if I was afraid to drive it to have it brought in, which I did. The received the vehicle on a flatbed well after noon. At 4 PM they called to tell me it was all done and ready to pick up. I did not expect to hear from them until the next afternoon. When I picked the car up they mentioned that they had been very busy that afternoon, they fit my vehicle in and did two repairs on it when I had an appointment for the next day. While I was dealing with the intermittent issue, I had occasion to deal with all the service advisors, each of them was unfailingly professional, kind and even thoughtful. I am a longtime customer at Spirit, but they keep surprising me in the best possible ways. More

Needed an oil change & they scheduled the appointment fast. They not only did the oil change they do a total check of the vehicle and the wash it once the job at hand is complete. You can drop the vehicle and leave or sit and wait. They do provide complimentary drinks, coffee/water for the wait. More
