I sent a text to my salesperson Tyler Moran asking about my Gm rewards. I bought a new car on June 30 and the rewards points still did not post. I had called Gm and was on hold for a long time so I sent a s my Gm rewards. I bought a new car on June 30 and the rewards points still did not post. I had called Gm and was on hold for a long time so I sent a simple text. The response I got is this. Have you called GM, all of that should be automatic that has nothing to do with us doing anything specific!! I felt like it was rude as I was polite in my question to him. When I did get a hold of Gm they said that the email he put in did not match vin and name on car and had to be changed. Which I did. Mistakes happen but this was rude of him. And it was an error on his end. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with him as I refused to go in to sign paperwork until I read over the contract. He added every add on possible without ever asking me. He tried to send me over only the payment and not showing add ons. It had to be revised three times before all the extras were taken off. The finance guy I dealt with was good. I will not recommend anyone to go to Tyler as I felt he was not ethical and he was rude to questions. Not sure I will use this dealership to buy as he was not straightforward with the numbers. Not sure if this is a dealership practice or just him. More
