Appointment was made regarding a tire pressure sensor problem registering on the dashboard monitor. It could not be recalibrated so the sensor was replaced. I came here for service for a tire change. This was the 2nd time here for the same reason. The 1st time I waited over an hour for them out to tell me I needed a whole new tire and didn't have This was the 2nd time here for the same reason. The 1st time I waited over an hour for them out to tell me I needed a whole new tire and didn't have one instocks, but it had to be ordered. My 2nd visit I waited over 2 hrs!!! I mean, how long does it take to change a tire??, This was by far the WORST experience at this dealership. Plus, no updates were given to me during the wait. I found myself walking over to the service desk to check on the progress. More
