Car was dropped off on a Monday and I was told it would be a 24 hour service. My car sat for 48 hours and was not touched. I was also not called and updated. It was okay I. Had a coupon from Spitzer GMC. so I brought it in to use it. And I was told that I couldn't use it because it wasn't from Spitzer, Buick. and I thoug Had a coupon from Spitzer GMC. so I brought it in to use it. The worst experience ever. I go to the dealer to have my alignment checked while entering. I was treated rudely when asking why this and a car wash was not performed after wait I go to the dealer to have my alignment checked while entering. I was treated rudely when asking why this and a car wash was not performed after waiting over an hour and a half with an appointment. Excuse was (it’s Friday people went home). Over $106.00 for an oil change. My paperwork did not report vehicle condition “tires, alignment, brakes, fluids or safety”. That was the last time I will ever go to this dealership and I will detour my wife and friends from returning also. More
