I appreciate the response, but that’s not what happened based on the actual timeline. I was actively working this deal with your team this morning — we discussed final pricing, confirmed details like the charger and required paperwork, and I was being asked what time I could come in. At no point during that process was I told another buyer was actively purchasing the vehicle. Only *after* I confirmed everything and was preparing to make the trip was I told the vehicle was “in the process of selling.” Then after that, it was mentioned that someone had already been looking at it since Saturday. That’s the issue. If there was already another buyer involved, that should have been clearly communicated upfront — not after the fact. Instead, I was led to believe the vehicle was available and that we were moving forward. I fully understand first-come, first-served. But transparency matters, especially when someone is coordinating a long-distance purchase and making travel plans. This could have been handled much better with clear communication from the start.
