Awesome Experience With Spitzer--HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM I was in the market for a new truck and came to Spitzer on the recommendation of a friend. Earlier in the day, I had visited another dealership with n I was in the market for a new truck and came to Spitzer on the recommendation of a friend. Earlier in the day, I had visited another dealership with no satisfaction whatsoever and somewhat frustrated. Truth be told, I was not expecting much when i walked in the doors and figured this was going to be a long, drawn out, and annoying process. Boy was I wrong! An extremely nice Adam Zeman greeted me, and after listening to my needs, showed me around the lot. He located a Silverado that fit my needs, and in the process of about 30 minutes, was able to offer me a very reasonable price. What's more, they offered me a very fair price on my trade in. In the process of about 2 hours, I was driving home with a new vehicle. Adam was awesome. Just a really nice guy--not pushy. He simply laid everything out with no pressure and let me decide. Kent, Brian, and JR were very efficient in completing the transaction to send me on my way. I've been to many dealerships over the years and have bought many cars. This was probably my best experience ever. Spitzer has sold me and I has earned my business! Thanks again Adam and crew! More

Excellent This is my second vehicle with Spitzer but first brand new. I am in love with our new vehicle! Adam did an amazing job going over the TRAX and its features and Brian(Finance) was very nice and fast! They are all like family! In the long run we are paying the same monthly price as we were on our other vehicle. The only difference is, this one we leased is 8 years newer (2018) and it had 0 miles on it, which is fantastic with the 100,000 mile warranty. And for an added bonus we get unlimited maintenence and car washes. Thank you Spitzer. More

Happy customer! Over a 2 month period of searching for the right car, visiting close to 50 dealerships and used car lots. Ran into many nice salesman along the way(Daryl Vaclav-Diane Sauer Chevy Warren, Oh), and (Bobby Basheara -Greenwood Chevy Austintown)....Everything came together as soon as I called Spitzer Chevrolet North Canton, was treated kindly from the lady who answered the phone, and was treated very well from the salesman Jeremiah Shaheen , on a Friday night close to closing time. He spent more than enough time answering questions and setting up a time to meet on Saturday. My experience with him was tremendous, as he was informative, co-operative, friendly and patient. I've recommended him and Spitzer to a few of my friends, that live in my hometown and a couple friends that live near the Canton area. Thank you, I will enjoy my new, used car! More
