Kevin, Thank you. Please talk with Mike your sales manager, he has all of the information concerning my issue. Please note that I tried every other way to get this issue resolved, Mike and even Blaise appeared to be helpful while I was there saying things like "even if the warranty company doesn't do anything we would still like to make it right" That never haoppened either. My name is Mike Dacey and Mike in sales knows all about this.

Kevin I just received notification that my warranty cancellation was finished however, I never heard any more about "making it right" Were there ever any plans on fixing my truck or was all of that just talk? I surely could have cancelled my warranty by myself.
