I found Stephen was rude and dismissive. We were ready to purchase a used vehicle without the “add ons” and wanted the inoperable back up camera fixed and also tried to get $500 below asking We were ready to purchase a used vehicle without the “add ons” and wanted the inoperable back up camera fixed and also tried to get $500 below asking price. Stephen rudely said he was no negotiating and we could get the $500 off if we fixed the backup camera ourselves and paid for the $1000 add ons we did not want or need (glass etching and tracking). Even if a deal is not reached, you do not treat customers this way. I will never go there again. More
