Best Car Buying Experience I was in the market for Dodge Challenger Shaker B5 Blue, I talked too and visited several dealers in the area and no one seemed interested in trying t I was in the market for Dodge Challenger Shaker B5 Blue, I talked too and visited several dealers in the area and no one seemed interested in trying to find the car I wanted. After contacting Spitzer Alejandro Hernandez Jr. made every effort to locate the car I was looking for even though they didn't have it in their inventory, Alejandro narrowed three units in the State of Florida and negotiated the best MSRP along with the best trade for my vehicle. When arriving Bill Czaja made me feel welcomed and made my car buying experience very pleasant, as you all know buying a car can be very stressful, I truly enjoyed the laidback and no pressure sales. When finally approved the finance was done by Frank who was courteous and explained all my options, it was smooth sailing. Promises, promises, promises I can't get my vehicle serviced here. Been trying for a week to make an appointment, their phone system sucks, they don't call back. Was told by receptionist that I can just come in anytime, that I don't really need an appointment. Well Tammy, I am presently out of town, I work, and I don't have 4 hrs to wait while people that have scheduled appointments are first. I tried scheduling online, but Tuesday, you are booked. Thank goodness I did not take off work on Tuesday to bring my car in, and be turned away. Dadeland now has my business. More

I went to see their showroom on Saturday with no expectation of buying just wanted to see the new Ram 1500, I was greeted by Bill Czaja and never felt pressure on the contrary it felt like a conversation about the car and my needs in a truck. From the beginning Bill took us step by step on the car features and benefits as well as any questions my wife or I had were answered quickly and professional; needless to say after we test drove the truck we were hooked! As I stated earlier from the beginning to end there was never any pressure or upselling we got a great price and the service of Bill and Ed were out of this world.
