I don’t know the name of the tech who came to my home to perform the battery recall on my bronco sport, but he was wonderful. I had scheduled my car for a recall and had asked to have my winter rims and tires removed and my summer rims and tires put on, along with an oil change. Upon drop off I requested the dealership sent a text my winter rims and tires removed and my summer rims and tires put on, along with an oil change. Upon drop off I requested the dealership sent a text over calling because I work night shift and would be sleeping. I then received a phone call asking for verification of what I had wanted done with my tires. After a brief explanation and a reminder that the tires being installed were directional I went to sleep. When picking up my vehicle it was found that the tires did not have any air put into them, they were installed wrong and then I was informed that the dealership did not have a part for the the recall. THE RECALL WAS THE WHOLE REASON I TOOK IT THERE I COULD HAVE DONE EVERYTHING ELSE MYSELF, but it would have been easier to do the extras during the time the recall was being done. Not only was the recall not completed and the tires were installed low on air and backwards the oil was also black and low… I could not take a trip I was planning because of this mess. I had called to get it taken care of in which then I had to go yet another day without my car due to the dealerships poor work and planning. Nothing was compensated and or offered to me at the time of fixing the mess up More
