A safety issue that was acknowledged to be, a known safety issue, was delayed multiple times because parts weren’t ordered or ordered and ignored. Driver side door started sticking when trying to open safety issue, was delayed multiple times because parts weren’t ordered or ordered and ignored. Driver side door started sticking when trying to open then started not shutting( staying shut) when the door closed. Progressive the door would just open while moving. The door open alarm wouldn’t notify also. I had the truck in multiple times for both the sticking and latching issues. Multiple times I was told the latching system needed replaced. Multiple times I was told parts weren’t ordered and I would be contacted. Nope! Multiple times parts were NOT ordered and I was NEVER contacted. I initiated every encounter. Although the service department were extremely polite and apologetic this does not migrate the serious of this extremely dangerous safety issue. A door opening when the vehicle is in motion, with no alarm is something that warrants a major investigation into the safety of all vehicles of the model/year. More

Even though it has been just a week since my recent purchase, I believe the Ram 2500 will suit my needs for a long time. Lily Henry was great to work with and I enjoyed getting to meet her and talk with her as I looked for a vehicle to suit my needs. I believe she understood what I was looking for and could count on her to answer any questions as we began to create my deal. I appreciate her keeping in touch and looking at new arrivals just to make sure I was aware they were available to come and test drive. The original paint job that the collision center had used in a repair of my Honda Ridgeline did not match the rest of the vehicle. As soon as I reported it, it was rescheduled right away the worked completed in a repair of my Honda Ridgeline did not match the rest of the vehicle.
