Wasted Weekend due to lie Not trustworthy. Lied over the phone about a yes or no question knowing that I was making a day long drive to purchase the vehicle based on his answer Not trustworthy. I lost two days driving, time with my family, and the money for bank transaction, gas, and hotel because of a lie. I suppose Randy thought I would not look for myself. Of course I looked, but if I hadn't had him put the truck on the lift I would have purchased it. I guess some people don't look under their vehicles before purchasing and that must have been what he was counting on. More

Just a great experience I will say that Spitzer Hartville has earned my business., as I was dedicated for 20 + years to a Kent ohio established dealership . I stoped by and w I will say that Spitzer Hartville has earned my business., as I was dedicated for 20 + years to a Kent ohio established dealership . I stoped by and was not pressured and the salesman Dustin was great. The pricing was better by a few grand on the bottom line and the trade in value was also slightly above the other dealer.
