Looking for a slightly used truck, Alyssa and Don were more than gracious with helping us find what fit for us. After looking at some and test drives, we were still undecided. After some more research on their part, looking at other Spitzer dealerships, we found one that was worth looking at. But it was 40 minutes away. So Alyssa suggests she drive us up to take a look and drive it back. Longest test drive I've ever taken lol. Yup, that was the truck we bought. Very professional and easy to work with Driving my present car basically into the ground (it had 201,000 miles on it) I came across Spitzer in Hartville. I pulled in, walked inside and Carm Driving my present car basically into the ground (it had 201,000 miles on it) I came across Spitzer in Hartville. I pulled in, walked inside and Carmin met me at the door. I told her my situation and the car I was looking for. Carmin got the keys and we took it for a test drive. Upon our return, the sales manager and someone else gave me more information than I could possible use about this car. I was impressed becuase it really seemed like everyone cared. The following day we decided this was the car we liked. I called Carmin on her cell phone, as she was off that day. She came in on her day off and we closed the deal. This is most certainly service that goes above and beyond. More
