I am surprised that there is no office agent for the service dept. I always have to leave a message and wait for a call back. I think the service is usually very good. I really liked that they make an appointment and when i showed up i was met at the door by my salesman Mathew Franckowiak, The cars i was looking at on line were already pulled up for my inspection.
