Excellent service at getting the car I wanted I came in with a 2012 Kia Sorento that I really loved. It had nearly 100,000 miles on it but I only wanted to trade it in if I found the perfect match I came in with a 2012 Kia Sorento that I really loved. It had nearly 100,000 miles on it but I only wanted to trade it in if I found the perfect match. Mercedes, of Spitzer Kia, greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I was alone and as a woman, I feel like people try to take advantage of the fact I may not know cars very well or know how to make a deal. Mercedes was honest, she worked with me and I felt comfortable that she wasn't trying to get me to just buy a car, she actually cared. We worked together for a couple of days and ultimately, I ended up getting the exact car that I wanted. It was a great experience and I love my new ride!! More

Good great amazing In the past I've taken my car to Spitzer Kia Cleveland for all my oil changes so I figured why not stop in and discuss new lease options being that mi In the past I've taken my car to Spitzer Kia Cleveland for all my oil changes so I figured why not stop in and discuss new lease options being that mine was ending soon. Before I knew it I was driving off in a new 2018 Kia Sportage. The transition from old lease to new was pain free and flawless! They were able to put me in the EXACT Sportage I was looking for. Rims, sunroof, cooled/heated seats, my HEATED STEERING WHEEL (once you drive with a heated steering wheel you don't want to go back), and that sweet black cherry paint job. Wonderful job guys. Speaking of which, the Spitzer Kia staff was AMAZING. I don't think there's enough positive adjectives to describe Michelle and Kiyyah (I think I spelled it right), the two lovely young ladies who assisted me. I met Michelle a few months ago while getting an oil change and she remembered me from then. She greeted me by name. That was impressive. The finance curator Jeremy had me in and out literally in minutes. As a matter of fact it took longer to detail the car than it did from price agreement to driving off. Excellent Excellent job.
