Deana Hicks was my service advisor.. she was very courteous and knowledgeable. I had asked her to get me a price/labor on a serpentine belt, while I was waiting for my car to be inspected she returne courteous and knowledgeable. I had asked her to get me a price/labor on a serpentine belt, while I was waiting for my car to be inspected she returned the lounge very promptly with the price. Since I purchased my Release Series 10 Scion xB brand new, straight of the truck mind you, I have always had it serviced at Spitzer Scion/Toyota in Monroeville. I have never had any issues with the Service Department or the dealership in general. when it comes to purchasing a new Toyota or having your vehicle serviced, I highly recommend this dealership!!! The Spitzer Service team went out of their way to fit me in. I explained that I was going on a trip and they got my vehicle in even though they were extremely busy. Cory Johnston the ASM was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process from the quotation down to meeting him in person for the first time where he provided his knowledge/recommendations/ what to watch for to keep our vehicle in its best condition. We purchased our 2013 Toyota Sienna from a Ford dealership and had our doubts about it’s service and overall inspection in general before it was put up for sale. Spitzer checked over the entire vehicle very thoroughly before we had them service the engine, transmission, and rear differential oils. Cory also recommended the brake fluid flush as the maintenance records never indicated that it was done, that was greatly appreciated. It was awesome that he paid extremely close attention to the previous service records (even printed the service history out for us!) so we would get exactly what was needed to keep the vehicle safe and at optimal operating condition, nothing more / nothing less. It was nice not having to beat him off with a stick trying to sell me on gimmicky services like other dealers have tried in the past. Shout out to Tyler the Service Tech for taking a proper oil sample for us to submit for oil analysis. Other dealerships are not very interested with this request and would normally make you handle it yourself! More
