When I got home from buying the car, my phone fell under the seat and was pushed into a shroud that covers the mechanisms for the power seat. I thought I have to have the seat removed to retrieve my phone. I called him, froma different phone, he got right back to me and met me at 11PM. He got my phone out instantly. Now that's service! Our experience was the Spitzer Toyota dealer in Monroeville, PA (full name of dealer provided, to warn and keep others away) … When we walked in, we s Our experience was the Spitzer Toyota dealer in Monroeville, PA (full name of dealer provided, to warn and keep others away) … When we walked in, we said we had just 30 minutes to “look”, and would have to leave as we had an appointment to meet. We chatted, then gave our car keys to do a tradein estimate. well 30ish minutes later, we’re sitting at the table, and he wouldn’t give us our keys back. HE (THE SALESMAN) THEN THREW HIS PENCIL ACROSS THE TABLE (it almost hit us), SAYING “OH I KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN!” (well of course it would happen , we TOLD him we needed to leave in 30 minutes). That’s when I decided to play “crazy woman”… I stood up and started screaming at him, in the showroom, in front of other customers and salespeople… making a fantastic scene, I must admit. That finally got the manager out (the salesman wouldn’t go and get him, when we asked for the manager)… and we finally got our keys back and left. Never to return, Of course we got a couple calls afterwards from the manager begging for our business (he told us that that salesman was no longer working there). xxx ? More

New Toyota 4Runner Had a visit to Spitzer Toyota a few days ago to look at a new 4Runner. Wasn't sure if I was going to buy but after the friendliness and professionalis Had a visit to Spitzer Toyota a few days ago to look at a new 4Runner. Wasn't sure if I was going to buy but after the friendliness and professionalism from Doug klenoshek and Kyle hembree i was definitely starting to consider it. Then when the manager Robert Thomasson gave me the highest appraisal rate for my current care by over $2,000 and took off $1,750 off the asking price of the 4 runner I wanted it was seriously a no brainer.
