Amazing experience! I think the best thing about the whole experience we had at Spitzer was the amazing customer service we received from Doug. We came in on a Saturday t I think the best thing about the whole experience we had at Spitzer was the amazing customer service we received from Doug. We came in on a Saturday to look at the Highlanders in the rain, and we had our 2 year old son with us. Doug's patience and understanding was above measure!! He was interrupted on multiple occasions - not just by my son - but by being paged from the dealership or his phone ringing, and never once did he show any kind of irritation. He kept us well informed and as we were about to leave, it some how came up that the 4runner also came with a 3rd row seat. We looked at one, liked it immediately, but decided to go take a look at the other vehicles we had set out to go look at in Monroeville. And that took us maybe an hour, and we came back to talk to Doug. In the time we were gone, he was able to locate a 4runner for us with 3rd row seats, and made sure we saw all the different options by taking us to different vehicles on the lot, just to make sure we liked this and that. Then came the financing and the wheeling-and-dealing, and even then, as my fiance haggled back and forth with Doug and Doug with the finance people, he never once lost his cool. THAT just amazed me. I have had car salesmen turn straight up nasty at this point before, and nothing like that at all from Doug! If it was not for Doug, I am not a 100% sure we would have bought a 4runner. He was able to assess us very quickly, understand our likes and dislikes, and put us into a vehicle that we absolutely love. We have already recommended him to anyone we talk to about the new truck and none of them are even looking for a new car at the moment. :) Thank you so very much Doug. And also - thank you to everyone else at Spitzer. By the time we left there, we really did feel like we were leaving family as we had met everyone and everyone was absolutely fantastic! More
