Megan worked with me to get financing and found me a great rate. I had a substantial down payment but was fresh off Chapter 7. I truly believe she did better than most "credit specialists" could have done. Service department has been exceptional. Biggest benefit I can point out is that they make appointments and KEEP THEM. It has been at least 3 years since I bought my car at Spitzer. I found my RAV 4 on line and got a quote from the webmaster. When I went to look at the vehicle, the salesman was very nice and not pushy Spitzer. I found my RAV 4 on line and got a quote from the webmaster. When I told him the price I was quoted, he was skeptical and said the webmaster was on vacation. Luckily, I had printed out the quote and he ran it by the manager. I was able to trade my old RAV and drove away with my new/used vehicle. The service there is a bit pricey, but over all, it is a nice place to buy a car. More
