Truly enjoyed my experience in buying my first brand new car. Ricky was not pushy or in your face like other dealerships are known for. However, Alex the finance guy, which we had to piece together his name since he never introduced himself, was WAY too overbearing and arrogant. After we finished up with Ricky, Alex took us to his office where he first insulted the car I was trading in. I mean, old cars are like a fresh break up, it is only okay for me to insult them and not someone else...not that soon. He also tried to talk me out of putting so much money on my down payment, pressured us into trying to get other warranties we had never been told about before then got defensive and said "hey I don't care whether or not you get it, I don't make money off of it if you do" He was just way too in your face. Just needs to chill out and be careful about what he says or how he says it. Other than that. Loved everything. Picked my car up yesterday and am smooth sailing. More

I leased a Sonata at Sports Durst Hyundai in 2010 and am back for my third Durst Hyundai for personal use and my wife is loving her Elantra. We've referred a number of friends to the dealership who are all back for my third Durst Hyundai for personal use and my wife is loving her Elantra. We've referred a number of friends to the dealership who are all driving Hyundai's now and had a great experience purchasing their vehicle. These folks take care of their customers and I'm likely a customer for life and my college-aged sons are about to get their first new vehicle from Durst. Thought about an Accord or Optima, but neither could get to the price that James Juarez and Terry McCoy worked out for me and the Sonata is an absolutely fantastic vehicle. They definitely go above and beyond the norm to make sure that all is right with their clients. I'm not easy to 'wow', but the guys at Sports Durst Hyundai have managed to do it over and over again. Gary and Trey were both very helpful regarding pricing. They helped us to get the best price they could and helped with information regarding financing options (we were unsure whether or not we wanted to lease). Of course, we would have liked to spend a little less, but I think that is just our nature. We felt like we did get a good price. David helped to seamlessly complete any paperwork needed in a very efficient and professional manner. If there was a lot of work that went into finalizing everything, we did not know it. All of our questions were answered and if one of them did not know the answer, they talked to someone who did know. Elizabeth answered any questions we had about our car's features. She helped us to set up our bluetooth and gave great instructions on how everything worked. They were all a pleasure to work with!
