I was very pleased with my third Mazda purchase, second from Sport Durst in Durham NC. Gary Patterson, again, provided my wife and I a great buying experience. He was very helpful, and patient as we worked to find the perfect car for our needs. We changed our minds a few times, and Gary found us cars to test drive to narrow the field to fit our needs. We selected a Mazda3 with a six speed manual transmission that I know I will have fun driving. He also helped us to purchase the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. The deal was wrapped up with the professional help of David Dowdy in finance and Elizabeth Parson in delivery. I know I will continue to recieve great service and advice from Service Advisor Ralph Evans who has provided outstanding service for our 2004 Tribute and 2012 CX9. More

Clayton was very helpful in explaining all the bells and whistles prior to my leaving the lot on the day of purchase. At that time he told me if I had any questions when I got home, just to call and he would be glad to assist me. Well, that was before I drove off the lot. Now that I am home (200 miles away) - it is a COMPLETELY different story. I called after getting home to ask for help with figuring out how to pair the garage door opener to the controller in the car. And he told me, "its in the manual - you can figure it out." Well, no I can't, because despite looking in the index and turning page by page in the manual, I still can't find my answer. So now, five months after car purchase, I still can't open or close the garage door from my car. More
